The classic! Bungalow no. 18 consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet, separate toilet, bedroom and a mezzanine (open sleeping gallery). The bungalow has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue as well as a beautiful Mediterranean garden with an outdoor shower.

Equipment

The fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped. From the coffee machine and garlic press to the dishwasher, everything is included. Bed linen and towels as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided – simply wash before you leave and go home without a care in the world. The air conditioning ensures a good night’s sleep.
The beautiful terrace with barbecue can be additionally shaded by blinds if there is too much sunshine. Throughout the year, old cork oaks provide shade in the bungalow village.
A parking area (with space for two cars in a row) is at your disposal. If you have visitors, you can also use the visitor parking spaces in the bungalow village. You will find detailed information on the complete equipment of this bungalow below.

Notes

  • A deposit of 30% of the travel price must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the travel confirmation.
  • Please send the surnames, first names and date of birth of all persons traveling to the landlady (personal data will not be used for any other purpose, but will only be passed on for the collection of tourist tax).
  • With your payment and name you confirm and accept the travel conditions and house rules. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the trip.
  • The prices include electricity, water and visitor’s tax. For everything else, a flat-rate service charge of €100 is levied.
  • The key is deposited in a key box. You will receive the security code after payment of the balance.

The telephone and WLAN access data are provided on request and agreement of the security conditions. You will receive precise directions and details of the key handover by key box before your arrival. The bungalow must be left swept clean, the dishes clean in the cupboard or on the shelves. If you have used bed linen and towels, they must be washed, dried and returned to the cupboard on your departure.
